Simply put, the embroidery coverage percentage is theportion of the twill backing that iscovered with actual embroidery stitches. Most patches fall between 50% and 80% embroidered, and this makes it easy for you to estimate your price per patch. If the embroidered portion of the patch covers approximately one half the patch, usethe 50% coverage price chart. If theembroidery portion covers the entirepatch, use the 100% coverage price chart. If the embroideryportion is between the two extremes, use the 75% coverage price chart.

Dye Sublimation Patches

We recognize that there are certain designs that are much too detail critical to be clearly embroidered and weare now producing our dye sublimation patches for just this need. Dye sublimation allows us to actually dye themolecules of the fabric background with virtually any color, color gradient or shade, producing almost photo-quality patches. Please call for a price quote.

Woven Patches

Woven patches are ideal for emblems that cannot be accurately embroidered due to the fine detail or small lettering. They are meticulously manufactured to your specifications with detail that is ideal for the most critical applications. Woven emblems are available in virtually any shape, and in sizes up to 8 inches wide.

Notice: Although we use the finest materials possible, we cannot be responsible for damages, which may occur in dry cleaning, washing, pressing or laundering. We suggest that you satisfy yourself as to the color fastness of the yarns and twills used in our product and the general durability and strength of heat-seal backings. As there is no single heat-seal backing that will work with all machinery in all combinations of heat, time and pressure and the wide range of available heat-seal equipment that is available, we are unable to accept responsibility for problems encountered in the application of heat-seal backed products. We are happy to supply random samples for your testing process. Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice.
