Caravan® Canopy uses 500 denier, fire resistant fabrics on all custom canopy products. With 24 stock fabric color options and unlimited dye-sub-printed options, we can produce a canopy, banner or flag that matches perfectly to any logo or graphic!

PANTONE COLOR MATCHING SYSTEM Caravan® Canopy uses the Pantone Matching System Color Guide for screen printing inks and dye-sublimation dyes. When printing your Corporate Identity, school colors and /or other artwork, our art department will first match your colors to the PMS Color Guide as closely as possible.

COLOR MATCHING IS NOT AUTOMATIC! If you have a specific color in mind or want your canopy fabric to match your logo, you must tell your project manager what specific Pantone PMS number you want us to print. This must be requested by you as we do not automatically take liberty in changing your colors for you.

California State Fire Marshal Registration Number F-64901California’s fabrics testing standards are the most stringent in the United States and are recognized by all of the 50 states and Canada to either meet or exceed their requirements.

Caravan Canopy fabric materials meet or exceed the minimum requirements of flame resistance established by the California State Fire Marshal for products identified in Section 13115, California Health and Safety Code.

FULL DIGITAL / DYE SUBLIMATION:• Unlimited color combinations• Great for color gradations, live images, and multiple designs• Capable of printing on every inch of fabric• Fixed price based on square footage• Image is embedded with fabric

With Dye-Sublimation uses high heat and solid dyes to produce photo lab-quality images. Dye-Sub printers contain a roll of transparent film made up of page-sized panels of color. Solid dyes in cyan, magenta, yellow, and black are embedded in the film. Dye-sublimation printers lay down color in continuous tones one color at a time, instead of dots of ink.

SILK SCREEN:• Choice of 24 fabric colors• Less expensive than full digital with multiple units• Limited to 4 to 5 logo colors: best for simple logos• Price drastically decreases for multiple units or future reprints• Flourecent (highlighter) and Metalic Colors Available

Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate.
