• A.C.T users have this access to all A.C.T agencies
• Prohibits user from accessing individual claim details
CLAIM DETAIL ACCESS• Second level of access• Allows user to view details of individual Claims• Summary and Detail access- Commonly
issued levels of access• Allows user to view all available data for the
agency incl. individual claim details
FINANCIAL ACCESS• Third level of access• Allows access to a range of incapacity payment
reports only
AGENCY ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS • Highest level of access• Allocated to persons within the agency
responsible for authorising all access requests
