ChallengeIn the actual digital world, paper based processes still pose as an obstacle to getting information to the right people and systems, in an efficient, decentralized, agile, integrated, secure and more important, timely way, while reducing gaps and eliminating business constraints. Papersoft enterprise mobile capture, aimed to maximize productivity and address these obstacles by fully extending and automating, enterprise document capture processes and record management, allowing customers and knowledge workforce, to participate directly in business processes.

Papersoft is a 15 year company that has been developing its activity on document management processes, including capture, mailroom and scanning, extraction and automation (via OCR), digital and physical archive. The objective is to offer a tailor made suite software for document lifecycle management, making processes more efficient, agile and safe to enrich, preserve and organize information assets. The official Papersoft Mobile Capture App is already available on Google Play.

Our Mobile Capture app, developed with the help of Xpand IT, allow us to leverage mobile device’s capture capabilities with a proper business context. It is also critical to manage users’ offline and online, enabling load balancing batch transactions.
