Everyday Care. It is important to wipe up spillsand water marks as they occur. Give specialattention to areas around the sink anddishwasher. Avoid draping damp or wet dishtowels over the door of a sink base cabinet.Over time, this moisture can cause permanentwater damage to the door. A convenient, out-of-the-way sliding towel rack is recommended.

Dusting. Dust cabinets frequently with a softlint-free cloth. You can dampen the clothslightly with water or spray-type dust remover.

Spills. Clean spills immediately. Use a cleancloth and mild soap if necessary. Wipe dry witha clean soft cloth.

Cleaning. There are a number of productsavailable for your wood cleaning needs. Manywood cleaning products are available at manystores nationwide including Bed Bath &Beyond, Wal-Mart, and Ace Hardware. A moreeconomical way to remove grease buildup formcabinets is to use Fantastik. Apply and removequickly, then wash your cabinets with a mildsoap. After washing, dry thoroughly.

Don’t. Never use detergents, soap pads or steelwool on your cabinetry. These harsh abrasiveswill mar the wood finish. Additionally, werecommend that you avoid the use of pastewax and polishes that contain silicone; the waxbuildup is difficult to remove and will leave aresidue that attracts dust.

Acrylic. Never use Acetone or Ammonia-basedproducts on Acrylic Panels. Wipe with scratchresistant microfiber clothes with milddetergents ONLY. In the event that yoursurfaces get scratched, you may purchase oneof our scratch kits.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Payment. A 50% deposit on all orders, due atthe time of acknowledgement of approval. Thedeposit must be received prior to production.We require that the remaining balance must bepaid prior to pick up or shipment. Depositand/or final payment may be made by: Cash,Check, Cashiers Check, Credit Card. We acceptVisa and MasterCard. If sending a check orcashiers check, orders may be delayed untilfunds clear the bank. Please note, absence of adeposit will delay production and absence offinal payment will delay pick up or shipping.

Order Processing. Phone orders are notaccepted due to the many errors that may arisefrom miscommunication. Please check yourorder form carefully for item size, quantity,color, etc. Your order will be processed sent foryour acknowledgement, which must be signedand returned.

Revisions. Your order or estimate will beentered and then allow first and secondcustomer revision (acknowledgement) for noadditional charge. Any additional customerrequired revisions will require a fee of $60 perrevision cycle. Each time an order or estimate isrevised it will be re-acknowledged. Any revisioncharges will be clearly shown on the latestacknowledgement.

Lead Time. Lead time varies depending on thecurrent production schedule. More accuratelead times will be given when order isapproved. Every reasonable attempt to ship byprojected ship date will be made, but may beaffected by special ordered material, non-payment of deposit, numerous revisions to anorder, etc.

Rush Order Services. Rush Orders will beavailable for orders under 50 cabinet. Rushorders may be requested, but availability is notalways guaranteed. Rush Order requests maybe made for an additional 25%, with theminimum fee being $500.

Changes to Approved Orders. Requestedrevisions after an order is signed and approvedby customer are never guaranteed. If the orderis already in production, customers will incur anet charge based on time and any materialswhich may be affected.

Shipping and Handling. Because of the natureof our custom orders, it is impossible todetermine the exact cost for shipping eachorder until the order is completed. We strive toprovide our customers with the safest and mostaffordable means in all shipping areas. Pleasebe advised that delivery is not included in theprice of the cabinets and all shipping charges

are the responsibility of the customer. seconddelivery attempt is required. Customer shouldverify that the delivery truck can safely drive onall roads leading up to delivery destination. Ifinaccessible for any reason deemed necessaryby the driver, Customer is responsible forpicking up their order from the shippingdistribution center.

Delivery and Inspection. Buyer shall have theright to inspect the goods within five (5) days ofdelivery at the shipping address. Please note,after 5 days any order discrepancies are void.No exceptions. All products leave our factory ingood condition and properly packaged. Allclaims for damaged or broken merchandisemust be made through carrier. Any damagethat is apparent upon delivery must be notedon the freight carrier delivery receipt. If thedamage is severe, we recommend you refusethe shipment entirely. All claims for damagedor broken merchandise must be made throughcarrier.

Installation. We do not accept responsibility orliability for installation of any product. Werecommend using a professional installer forbest results. Cabinets Quick is not responsiblefor problems arising from improper installation,use or care.

WARRANTY

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lifetime WARRANTY

Cabinets Quick hereby warrants to the firstand original purchaser, for residentialapplications only, that all cabinets,including system hardware, are free fromdefects in materials and workmanship for aperiod of (10) years and all doors anddrawer fronts for a period of (1) year. Thiswarranty is expressly limited to repair orreplacement of the defective part at thesole discretion of Cabinets Quick and doesnot include labor for removal orreplacement. This warranty does notextend to defects caused by improperhandling, storage, installation, assembly ordisassembly, intentional damage, productmodifications, exposure to the elementsincluding humidity which may result inwarping or splitting, accidental misuse,abuse or negligence.

Cabinets Quick offers a lifetime warrantyfor all Soft Close Hinges and DrawerGuides. This warranty runs for as long asyou own your cabinets and begins upon thedate of delivery to you.

Heat & Humidity. Various cooking appliances

produce a lot of heat or humidity. It is very

important to make sure these products are

positioned so rising heat is not trapped or

confined. Thermofoil and edge-banding on doors

cannot be exposed to temperatures beyond 170

degrees for extended periods of time without

risking permanent damage, which are not

covered under the warranty.

Sunlight and Aging. Materials may vary in

texture, color and wood grain, and exhibit subtle

changes as they age. For example, wood joints

may eventually have visible cracking around the

joint area and cabinet colors may darken or

lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture,

household cleaners and other environmental

conditions may cause materials to vary from their

original color and/or to warp, split or crack. These

variations are considered to be the nature of the

material in relation to their environmental

exposure and are not covered under this

warranty.

Cabinets Quick makes no other warranties other

than those set forth herein and all other

warranties are hereby disclaimed. The implied

warranties of merchantability and fitness for a

particular purpose are limited in duration to the

length of the limited warranty period. The limited

warranties set forth herein are restricted to the

first and original buyer and are not transferrable

thereafter. In no event shall Cabinets Quick be

liable for incidental or consequential damages to

the purchaser or to any third party, including,

without limitation, damages arising from personal

injury, lost profits, loss of business opportunity,

loss of property, economic losses, or statutory or

exemplary damages, whether from negligence,

warranty, strict liability or otherwise. Some states

do not allow the exclusion or limitation of

incidental or consequential damages, or

limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,

so the above limitations and exclusions may not

apply to you. This warranty gives you specific

legal rights, and you may also have other rights

which vary from state to state.

All claims for defective cabinets and accessories

must be submitted to Cabinets Quick in writing

and must specify the defects present in the

cabinets and accessories. After Cabinets Quick

has had an opportunity to inspect the cabinets

and accessories, they will, at their sole discretion,

either replace defective cabinets and accessories

or repair any defects in the cabinets and

accessories.
