Next, with input from with in-house staff, we develop a job specific assessment tool to evaluate and document each employee’s skill-level before and after the customized training solution is delivered.
Next, we develop and/or obtain the training curriculum specific to your needs and provide qualified a trainer, as well as a training management staff, to guide the training process. We then conduct the training at your site or at our adult school location based on the schedule and frame that fits your business needs.
