efficient way to perform takeoffs and piecing up structures. A picture of the

stack and a plan view displays right next to your takeoff to give you a visual

representation of the structure you are working on. With its flexibility you

The Visual Estimator is designed to make the estimating process for custom

products easy and precise. By enabling users to view a drawing while enter-

ing custom dimensions the Visual Estimator can be configured to automati-

cally create accurate, detailed bills of materials.

Concrete costs, material costs, labor costs, overhead costs and product pric-

ing can all be automatically calculated for the dimensions entered.

There is no limit to the number of “Visual Worksheets” that can be added to

the Titan II Precast Management System. Visual Worksheets can then be

attached to specific product codes. When a user enters that product code

into the job screen the Visual Estimator will automatically popup prompting

the user to enter the required dimensions.

Put away your crayons and spray paint, Titan II offers a complete Bar-Code La-

beling system.

Gone are the days of tedious stenciling and spray painting or the unprofessional

look of crayons. Now, with Titan’s Bar-Code and Labeling model, labels can be

easily printed directly from production scheduling, production processing or in-

ventory receipt processing. No need to retype any information or shake a spray

can, the 6” by 12” labels are sure to stick and can be viewed from a long dis-

tance.

The Bar-Coding, along with a handheld scanner, can be used to track the loca-

tion of “specials” or “custom made items”. These locations or sections can then

be displayed on all picking and delivery tickets. No more running around looking

for a product to load on the truck.

Complete inventory accuracy can be achieved by using the handheld scanner to

record and transfer stock status information to Titan II. Specific product delivery

information can be captured and linked to Titan II’s Quality Control Module.

Titan II now integrates with... Google Maps, MapQuest and Bing Maps

Create a Google or Bing Map with the click of a button from Titan II’s Route Manager.  

By integrating with these powerful mapping programs, Titan II now gives dispatchers 

the ability to visualize and analyze partial loads to determine the most efficient delivery 

plan.  

Titan’s Load Manager can be used to determine and view ’partial’ loads . Partial loads 

can then be automatically loaded into the Route Manager where they can be viewed 

using Google or Bing Maps. By visualizing the partial loads on a Map, the dispatcher can 

determine which loads to combine.  Maps and routing for combined partial loads, called 

‘Master’ loads, can then be printed. 

Full load maps with directions can also be produced from the Load Manager with the 

click of a button. Titan II will automatically use the shipping plant’s address as the start‐

ing point and the job site address as the end point.

Tablet Processes for the Plant  1.  Production Schedule Processing...Go paperless in the plant while sharing real time production statuses with other 

plant and office personnel. View department production schedules and production drawings right from the tablet. Up‐date production progress with the touch of a button. 

2.  QC Processing…QC at your fingertips. Share product QC statuses with production and office personnel. View and an‐

swer QC questions with a tap of the finger. View production drawings and other detail directly on the tablet.  

3.  Load Management and Load Verification …Yard personnel can view real‐time picking and load information di‐

rectly from office dispatch personnel. No picking tickets required...all load information can be viewed directly from the screen. Load statuses such as “Staged”, “Loaded”, ”En Route” and “Delivered” can be immediately communicated from the yard personnel back to the office personnel. Load verification can occur through the use of RFID or Barcode technol‐ogy. 

4.  Physical Inventory Count…Take the pain out of the physical count process by implementing Titan’s Tablet Physical 

Count Sheet. Whether or not Barcodes or RFID technology is used Titan’s Tablet Count Sheet will improve the process. Organize and perform counts  in a fraction of the time with no need to rekey information. 

5.  Inventory Receipt Processing…Immediately record inventory receipts directly from the yard or plant. No need to 

rekey information. Enables office personnel to relay expected delivery information to plant personnel while enabling plant personnel to relay delivery information to office personnel...improving efficiency and communication.
