Level 6 - CMI Diploma in Advanced Management and Leadership in Operational Delivery
This Diploma – recognised inside and outside the Civil Service – is tailor-made for you and will help your continuing professional development.
It has been developed by the Operational Delivery Profession and the CharteredManagement Institute (CMI).
With this qualification you are in the driving seat. You have to commit to studying, and have up to one year to complete your Diploma. You can choose where and when you want to learn (at work or at home), and you can complete the Diploma in a way that suits you best (online or on paper).
To achieve this Diploma, you need to fully complete all of the Units in Group A and at least one of the units in Group B below to a minimum of 41 credits in total, and meet the assessment criteria.
