non commercial level. The method of laser cutting functions through directing a high-power
laser via optics to cut through a specific material and the design uses a specially engineered
machinery to provide the output. Cnc (computer numerical control) along with laser is used to
cut the material through laser beam generation. Most commercial machines work through motion
control system which is designed to follow the separate Cnc or g-code of machine's pattern for
the cut. The cutting actually happens due to the extreme melting, burning or vaporizing effect of
the laser beam that removes the intended surface leaving behind a finished cut. The process is
used for flat-sheet materials along with numerous others like structural or piping materials.
Numerous types of lasers are applied to bringing a finished and polished output for laser cutting
and among the most favored types are co2 laser, neodymium, fiber laser etc. A laser cutter
machine utilizes several specific methods for cutting through such as cutting through
vaporization, silicon stealth dicing, melting and blowing, reactive cutting, and thermal stress
