All harnesses manufactured on site with the use of formboards and then installed and terminated in the aircraft. Reinstallation of all equipment and final test. British Airways Maintenance Cardiff, March 2012 to present. Boeing 777. Installation of Thales entertainment system and upgrade of !st class ambient lighting system. Disturbed system testing and fault rectification.

Raytheon Systems Limited. Broughton, Chester. March 2011 to February 2012 Hawker Beechcraft Kingair. R&R Shadow Project for MoD. Installation of all systems related to the aircraft. Production of all wiring harnesses and build of associated racks and installation. Final Test and fault rectification.
