Database Manager for the Flight Deck requirements for the Sentry E3-D, testing, modifications to
system software and liaising with the manufacturer for upgrades.
Instigated, co-ordinated and instructed Human Factors Company Resource Management in the
work place to personnel, in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority Crew Resource
Management Instructor standards (CAA CRMI). Leadership, Communications, Personality-

Planning and Co-ordinating
Liaised with UK and US civilian suppliers on the design and operating aspects of ground and air
based flight planning software, hardware and cockpit systems.
Organised all the aspects of a 2-day RAF/Civilian Flight Safety Symposium for over 100
delegates.
Principal advisor/SME to both senior and junior personnel on all matters relating to worldwide
navigation. Over 6000 hours flying experience on different aircraft types. Provided full planning
and 24/7 backup for all operational and route flights.
Senior advisor on all matters relating to diplomatic clearances, liaising with the Ministry of
Defence, Foreign Office and Attaches world wide.
Principal advisor to senior executives on all matters relating to flight safety. Maintained and
timely transferred safety information to personnel through safety briefings. Maintained a currentdatabase on all flight safety incidents to enable trends to be identified and actioned. Timely
produced and distributed Incident Reports to external agencies. Acted as the Secretary to the
Flight Safety Meetings, production of the Agenda, allocation of duties and minutes for the
quarterly meetings.
Master planner and lead navigator for a Queens Birthday Flypast. This called for accuracy,
effective communications, flexibility, decision making and precise detailing of all the planning
aspects of the flypast.
Flight trials and calibration officer for both the RAF and USAF/Civilian companies.
