1. Position:Sr. QA/QC Engineer (Civil and Finishing) with Drake and Scull International KSA.
Duration: March 2013 to date:
Projects:
Antara Residential Project (SRCC), A Residential Project with 120+ luxury villas and
Apartments along development of infrastructure. King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and
Research Center, A Project by Saudi Aramco, located at Riyadh KSA.
QA/QC Civil Engineer at King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center, A Project
by Saudi Aramco, located at Riyadh KSA..
Key Responsibilities:
a. Implementation and over all monitoring of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans at assigned
Areas of the project.
b. Leading a group of QC Civil and QC Finishing Inspectors and assigning them their roles at the
project site and overall monitoring of the team work.
c. Helping my construction team to maintain quality by implementation of Specifications and American
standards at job site in order to avoid violations and re work.
d. Conducting field inspections of Civil and finishing works at the projects.
e. Conducting Material Inspections such as (MRI and MTA) with the client in order to ensure the
parameters of QA and QC.
f. Co-ordinate with testing agencies for different types of tests for the soil investigations such as Cavity
Probing, Electrical Resistivity Tomography, Bore holes for sub strata soil investigation, soil analysis
for back filling and filling materials, Concrete Compressive Strength , Steel Reinforcement tests and
other construction materials.
g. Arrange meetings with Client in order to discuss issues related to the quality of project..
h. Issuance of NCRs and follow up for close out.
i. Review the corrective and preventive actions
j. Help my QA/QC department for internal quality audits.
k. Review of all the documentation related to the project such as drawings, material acquisitions etc. for
better record keeping.
2. Position: QA/QC Engineer with Construct Lahore, Pakistan.
Duration: March 2012 to March 2013.
Projects: Army GC’s Mess and Maintenance works of GC’s Residential block at PMA Academy Kakul
Abbottabad, GHQ Army Head Quarter Islamabad.

Duration: November 2010 to February 2012:
Projects: 22 Floor Al Manaratain Building at Manama,,10 Floor Techno Pvt. building at Um-Ul
Hassam, 5 Floor Residential buildings at West Riffa, attached 16 villas and 3 storey flat
buildings at Awadi Complex Manama and various luxury villas and garden projects for
Municipality etc.

b. Implementation of American Standards and Project Specifications for all the projects.
c. Issuance of Non Conformance Reports to make corrective actions.

f. To negotiate with Client for better performance of quality work.
g. Coordination with contractor for better work and to make sure work is being done in good pace
for completion of project in time.
