CAREER OBJECTIVE-: Single minded determination and whole hearted commitment on the job
assigned to me. Therefore I am looking for a position that build on my skills while en-lighting the job.
EXPERIENCE-:
Currently I am working with St. Johns Research Institute, Bangalore, from July, 2015 to till now
as a Clinical Research Monitor.
I had worked with SWANZO CARE DIAGNOSTICS, Bhopal, from May, 2014 to June, 2015 as a
Clinical Research-Trainer.
Swanzo is US based Global Healthcare Research and Biopharmaceutical Company which
deal with Clinical Research, Healthcare Research, IPC (Improve Patient Care), Healthcare
Information Technology, Patient Enrollment, Diagnostics and Clinical Site Development, Water Sanitation, Bio- mass, Bio-Energy, Bio-Fertilizer & Renewable Energy. Swanzo is the leading multinational patient recruitment service provider, working in 20 countries and 54 languages, with the experience of more than 40 conditions. Swanzo is working with USAIDs
Projects and FDA related Research. In India, Swanzo is conducting healthcare
research program in various cities in India. help in preparation of budgeting and
auditing.
My work is related with managing, planning and conducting the progress of training
accordance to international standard, prepared essential documents, inform consent,
monitoring of clinical research, prepared regulatory documentation.

Discrepancies, Data Locking.
Pharmacovigilance, PSUR, ICSR, ADR, SADR, AE, SAE reporting, Eudravigilance,

Swanzo also conducting various project like water sanitation, bio-gas and bio-fertilizer
and biomass project, rural and urban development project, waste management, etc. I
have experienced in most of these.
I done work with Big Deal Pharmaceuticals, Jaipur, from 01 Sep. 2010 to 31 July, 2013 as
a Manager.
In this company my roles and responsibilities were related with managing, planning and
monitoring sales progress, maintaining the budget and inventory, to lead a team and
manpower, government departments and inventor, meet with Hospital in-charge and fill
and apply for tenders, and quote rates of medicines.
