To whom it may concern,

I know Vincenzo Ajello since September 2017. I was his teacher and mentor at the Developer Academy, University of Napoli Federico II. The Developer Academy is a partnership between Federico II and Apple Inc. It was created to give students practical skills and training on developing iOS Apps for the world most innovative and vibrant App ecosystem. The Academy is a melting pot of different cultures, social and technical backgrounds where students from all over the world learn to design and develop iOS Apps working with state of art technologies in an inspirational environment. He worked really hard during his experience at the Academy distinguishing himself as one of our best students not only from a technical perspective, but also with his kind personality and relational ability. He proved to be an extremely talented person, whose interests and skills span from the higher-level design phases to low-level implementation issues. Indeed, he demonstrated both a good understanding of theory and a flair for practical work. During the classes, he faced a lot of situations where a deep understanding of Swift programming language and iOS environment was required and he strongly demonstrated his capability of solving complex problems with articulated solutions. He was able to work side-by-side with his teammates, by always providing his personal contribution to group-based work, at the same time leaving space to his colleagues' opinions and proposals. I have no hesitations to recommend him for jobs where team-working and great problem solving skills are crucial, especially for those related to iOS App environment.
