In Summary:

Achieving promotion from Site Joiner to Chargehand, Foreman Joiner and Site Supervisor, Managing all project requirements – manpower (including sub-contract labour), equipment and materials.

Liasing with Project Managers, Architects and Clients to maintain project specifications, delegating duties on site to remain within budget and contract deadlines. Sourcing and ordering plant and materials and maintaining all Health and Safety and Construction Regulation issues

Within the construction industry I provide excellent and established construction management skills. I have benefited from working in key public sectors including NHS and Education sectors. The experience gained from

delivering highly complex buildings and facilities have provided me with an excellent appreciation of site management, health and safety and ensuring public safety.

In addition I have gained valuable experience of smaller “fast track”, cost driven projects, typical of todays challenging climate, mostly within the Education/ Further education sectors.

I have progressed from joiner to chargehand to working foreman, site manager, Project Manager and eventually to Contract Manager.

I am a resourceful, flexible and professional Manager with a positive and proactive attitude towards delivering projects.

I am able to manage and coordinate all construction activities to ensure that all project deliverables are achieved with regards to safety, quality, programme and cost.

Confident and reliable with a commercial approach to solving problems, I am adaptable and able to communicate at all levels with work colleagues and client/architect alike.

Recent Projects I have been involved with have been nominated for LABC and RICS Awards.

o Beverley Leisure Centre achieved a Highly Recommended Award at LABC Awards in June 2015
