EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Working as Executive HR with Krishna International FZCO, Dubai from October 2013 to present.

Recruitment – From the point of Coordinating with managers, getting approval, viewing the budget for that position, placing ad in different portals, sourcing and screening the profiles from different portals, taking preliminary interview, arranging interviews with managers, to preparing and sending the offer letters to the candidates, on-boarding and training, orientation of new employees.

Termination & Resignation – Good hands on keeping track of all the resignation and termination record of employees, taking the exit interview, make the employee get the clearance from all the department, prepare end of service benefits basing on the labour law.

Payroll – Preparing the deduction details for advance, attendance etc, prepare the payroll file for Dubai and outside Dubai, and intimate the finance to process.

Medical Insurance – Good hands on giving details for insurance company for applying new and renewals of medical insurance, processing claims, deletion of medical insurance cards.

Visa – Good hands on applying visas for Free zone (JAFZA, DAFZA, DMCC) as well as LLC visa. Have hand on applying Visit visas, coordinating with travels person for booking tickets.

MIS Reports – Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports of the employee details, hiring tracker, attendance.

Attendance – Maintain the leave, late and absent record for the employees and prepare deduction & overtime details for processing payroll.

HRMS – Responsible for updating the employee details in Microsoft certified HRMS.
