SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Title - Understanding training process atPaharpur- 3P

Summary – The project aims at studying thesystematic process of training followed in the

organization. After assessing the training need of the organization, it was compiled and trainingcalendar for the year was prepared. Trainingprograms were organized as per the scheduleand feedback from the trainees was evaluatedfor further improvements. Also the effectivenessof the training session was measured with thehelp of questionnaire.

SHORT TERM PROJECT – Fortis la Femme

Project on the NABH audit of Fortis La Femme –Purpose was to support audit processes of various departments at the hospital. It includedmaintenance of the documents and execution of all the audit related activities, especially aimedto increase awareness and employeeengagement.
