Receiving the enquiry for prototype sample product from the customer, According to customer specification and requirement , We will prepare the proposed drawing, After the approval of customer.

Selecting the suitable material for the products. Familiar in the application of standard materials. Preparing the prototype sample’s product as per customer requirement. Designing product by using Pro/E Wildfire 5 (Creo-2) and drafting with Auto CAD 2014. Responsible to create the BOM . Pro/E Wildfire 5 (Creo-2) is using for 3D modeling, sheet metal, solid parts development. Products are the Control Cables for Non-Automotive as well as Automotive Industries. (Brake cable’s, Clutch cable’s, Choke cable’s). DFMEA will be done in products development stage to prevent the failure in future. After receiving production order preparing all necessary documents and set the processes up to project handover

to Production. Communicating with customer through E mail and conference call for any ambiguity concerns or specifications

clarification. Preparing of Engineering Change Note for any customer and internal changes required. Preparing testing ring and fixture and poke-yoke gauges. Recorded field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve product.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Major responsibilities has to develop the prototype sample’s . Designing and Drafting products through Auto CAD 2010, Pro/E Wildfire5(Creo2). Responsible for preparation of Assembly drawings, Child parts drawings. Responsible for quality creation of 2D drawings to allow manufacture/assembling . Preparing the routing for BOM creation. Primary responsibilities are to support production in meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
