ANALYTICAL SKILLS: I established my analytical skills during education through modules such as Credit Analysis, Risk Management and Investment. During these modules I was assessing risk to make informed lending decisions. I also analysed external market variables and assessed previous behaviours to link trends, predict forecasts and provide advice based on this information. ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS: Successfully completing a university degree whilst working to support myself has honed my organisational skills. I am able to manage my workload and prioritise tasks to ensure I’m working effectively and efficiently at all times. My current role consists of various tasks which have different time constraints so it has become essential that I’m always adhering to proficiency requirements. September 2014 – April 2015 Customer Service Assistant at Lloyds Banking Group

A highly customer faced position and one of trust that often involved handling sensitive information. My role involved being the first points of call for customers and staff both over the phone and face to face. Helping customers with their banking needs and helping to ensure the customer is getting the most out f all we offer i.e. banking products and services

A MONTH PLACEMENT DURING SEPTEMBER 2014 Sales Support at Virgin Media

Through my short employment with Virgin Media, I gained vital customer service experience. It was my job to entice customers into the store and then use my up-to-date product knowledge and customer service skills to tailor products to the individual. I always worked as a team to establish sale opportunities to achieve store targets.

Whilst working for Sleep Marketing my customer service skills were put to the test because I had to converse with customers about outstanding invoices as my main duty was to chase up outstanding debts communicating by telephone, letters and email. My other key tasks also involved; producing invoices, banking and reconciliation, allocating customer payments as well as general filing duties.
