Skilled in using multiple CAD software including: Creo/Pro engineer, AutoCAD and Ansys. 2011-2014 BEng Mechanical Engineering, University of Portsmouth My dissertation looked into the design of a golf club driver, where different designs of the face can have a different effect with the player’s ability, as well as potential new designs to improve the performance of the average golfer. Also a new method for testing the spring like effect was developed. Was able to present my designs confidently and clearly to visitors and lecturers. Materials and manufacture: including labs in creep fatigue, CNC machining and injection moulding Thermodynamics and Energy: including heat transfer, pipe flow and Rankine and gas cycles. Solids and Dynamics: including Mohr's circle, shear stress and strain, bending moments Engineering Mathematics & Instrumental Control: including matrices and Laplace transformations Integrated Engineering & Business Project: Working in a group as a consultancy to improve a system in the formula student car, as well as create a business plan so the product could be sold in the automotive market.
