Bottle Air Rinser
CVC 1102
Belt conveyor for bottle transfer, made in durable thermoplastic material and stainless steel panels with adjustable guides and variable speed control.
Applicable bottle diameter range: between 30 mm - 80 mm
Applicable bottle heights: between 50 mm - 150 mm
Automatic bottle handling by using bottle sensors and pneumatic bottle indexing units.
Air Filtering System ensures air cleanliness for bottle washing prior to liquid filling job.
Bottle clamp: For clamping bottles/containers and deliver them to air washing station. A servo motor is used to invert up to 12 bottles for 50 mm diameter round bottle (max. bottle dia 80 mm) by 180 degrees for air washing. After cleaning, bottles are smoothly released onto conveyor for transfer to next operation.
Air washing station: equipped with up to 8/12 air washing nozzles in stainless steel that blow a powerful air jet inside the inverted bottle. A vacuum chamber helps collecting the used air.

Bottles are transmitted precisely under the filling nozzles and the
capping head by a synchronized indexing starwheel providing fast

The CVC 3036 Series with in-line configuration are really versatile fillers that easily - and inexpensively - accommodates to different bottle sizes.
• Diving type filling mechanism: filling nozzles dip into bottles
and move up while liquid is being filled.
• Flexible adjustments can meet different product
characteristics and bottle shapes.
• Servo technology is available for filling control, allowing direct
filling volume adjustment from the HMI, and offers wider
possibilities in reducing bubbling or foaming for syrups.

The CVC 3036 ser. linear type liquid filler is designed for bottle filling of general liquids widely used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, chemical and cosmetics industries.
• The CVC 3036 ser. liquid fillers can equip with 4, 8 and up to 12
volumetric pistons to reach max. fill speed of 80 bottles per minute,
and they are very flexible to accommodate with customer's
production requirement.
• Unique fill piston and nozzle designs are driven by servo system, which
features fast and extremely high fill accuracy.
