Ticket Classification in Application Management using Natural Language processing (NLP): This project is aimed at enabling substantial reduction of cost-to-serve in Application Management by reducing the number of tickets and considerable time to resolve tickets through cognitive automation
Inclination of media Houses towards Goods and Services Tax: The sentimental analysis on the top media houses from randomized articles on GST suggest that the media by far positive inclined towards Goods and services and task. Alas at least the unified tax system unifies the top media houses on their views.
Predicting Credit Worthiness of a customer: The model was built to predict credit worthiness of a customer in some Financial Services. This model uses the famous Ensemble technique to predict credit worthiness of a customer.
Churn Modelling in Telecom: This problem domain was termed as classification as it was to determine two possibilities “1” (churn) or “0” (not churn). The two machine learning models in the interest were logistic regression and Decision Tree.
