INTRODUCTIONCloud Van Lines uses real-time data to help you book moves you used to turn down, reduce your claims by 42%, streamline customer interactions and give you the software you need to operate more efficiently. Our 25 years of experience has allowed us to create a complete, cloud based, user-friendly automated boarding software platform on which our agents run and manage their business. The sales increases, cost reductions, time savings and operational efficiencies created by our software affect all companies from the large van lines all the way down to the small local movers. This allows our software to continue to redefine the industry and help our users grow their business.

Problems the moving industry faces today:The moving industry is highly competitive and the goal for every company is to be as efficient as possible while booking to maximum capacity. For small and medium companies this is a problem because they don’t have the resources and savings that the big players have. This, combined with the higher and higher claim rates are increasing operational costs and reducing profits for all companies in the moving space. This continues to force moving companies to spend more money on acquiring custom-ers in order to maintain the same revenue. There is also the introduction of the mobile moving and stor-age container which continues to conquer an ever increasing share of the moving industry business.

HOW WE SOLVE THE INDUSTRY’S PROBLEMSNo more black out dates and wasted capacity. Our infrastructure eliminates blackout dates and expands your capacity. Reduced claimsOur infrastructure in combination with our mobile app encourages movers to do a better job. This happens because it forces them to select specific options during the condition report. This, combined with the photos required in the mobile app creates awareness that someone in dispatch/operations is judging their work. When the customer gets an email 14 days, 7 days and 3 days out from their move telling them what they need to do to prepare, it lets them know that you haven’t forgotten about them and that your company is on top of things.

HOW WE SOLVE THE INDUSTRY’S PROBLEMSEfficient Document Control and CommunicationThe Cloud Van Lines CRM streamlines the time intensive task of handling documents by pulling them all into one system. This includes collecting and updating car haulers, movers, providers, and customer agreements. This data is brought in and synced using the cross-platform mobile app, the web portal and traditional email. This makes it easy for all the parties involved and exponentially reduces the time it takes to find and retrieve a document. The CRM and mobile app allows parties to communicate directly, as well as receive location based notifications.

Upcoming Addons: Cloud Van Lines has exclusive use to icrate collapsible storage units when they launch in late 2015. These containers can be delivered to most residential addresses within 24 hours through Fedex and setup in a few minutes. They are currently passing a number of certifications and other information is confidential and proprietary.

PRICINGCloud Van Lines goal is to give all movers great software that helps them grow their business. Our entry level package is free to all movers and gives access to our CRM and much of its functionality. It also gives access to our drivers, labor, and supplies; there is a small fee of three to 3% to 8% if you place an order using van line resources. There is no cost unless it involves our resources.

In addition to the entry level, we have packages between $5 and $25 user/per month which gives access to powerful features including e-signatures, real time collection of payments, VOIP autodialer and outbound systems, email retargeting, analytics/reporting and full circle claims management.
