It must be ensured that the recommended Contractors/Firms do possess the required codes/specialties in their PECs.

The Procurement Committee shall be responsible for correctness, authenticity and validity of the documents.

An affidavit shall be obtained from the above bidders before opening of financial bid that their financial bids are accompanied by the bid security.
