- Responsible to coordinate the export shipping to South America, Central America and Mexico.

- Manage liaison between manufacturing plants with shipping operation and carriers

- Coordinating freight requirements with Volkswagen of Germany;

- Expertise in planning the export volume forecast;

- Strategies development and optimization with the shipowner searching better results and

condition;

- Preparation and presentation in Portuguese and English audits results ;

- Monitoring inspection quality on board RoRo ships;

- Management import and export operations key performance indicator in the Port of Paranagua

and Suape;

- Logistics Board representative responsible for establishing and monitoring activities to adequacy

of the Quality and Environmental Management System based on ISO 9001 and 14001

standards;

Inventory / Production Planning/ Export - CKD

- Development special projects and business case, technical visits, viability analysis and

negotiation with customers and suppliers, working with focus on optimization routines and costs

reduction.

- Monthly reporting for presentation to the executive committee VWB with production status;

- Focus on optimizing the Milkrun process and interface between carrier, consolidator and

customer. Responsible for monitoring the carrier monthly performance indicator and all the

continuous improvement;

- Analysis and report of divergences and failures of CKD suppliers
