  • 3 D TP Roll Palm Tree

Supplies: Empty Paper Towel or Toilet Paper Roll Paper Bag Green Construction Paper Palm Leaf Pattern

    Directions:

    1. Cut a paper bag into approx. 1" strips.

    2. Use the Palm leaf pattern to cut out 6-8 leaves for each tree. Make short diagonal cuts around the edges of each leaf. Fold leaves in half and make a slight crease to make them look more realistic. If you are making leaves for use with a paper towel roll, cut on the pattern lines. If you are making leaves for use with a toilet paper roll, cut inside the pattern lines to make the leaves slightly smaller.

    3. Wrap strips of paper bag on a slight diagonal around the cardboard roll. Cut to the length you need and fasten with tape on the inside of the roll. 5-7 strips should cover the roll.

    4. Arrange leaves and fasten the stems inside the roll with tape.
