“WONDERFUL GRACE OF JESUS” Wonderful grace of Jesus, greater than all my sin. How shall my tongue describe it, where shall its praise begin? Taking away my burden, setting my spirit free, for the wonderful grace of Jesus reaches me. (Chorus) Wonderful the matchless grace of Jesus, deeper than the mighty rolling sea, higher than the mountain, sparkling like a fountain, all sufficient grace for even me. Broader than the scope of my transgressions, greater far than all my sin and shame. O magnify the precious name of Jesus, praise His name! Wonderful grace of Jesus, reaching to all the lost. By it I have been pardoned, saved to the uttermost. Chains have been torn asunder, giving me liberty, for the wonderful grace of Jesus reaches me. Wonderful grace of Jesus, reaching the most defiled. By its transforming power making him God's dear child, purchasing peace and heaven for all eternity, for the wonderful grace of Jesus reaches me.

“THE LORD IS MY SALVATION” The grace of God has reached for me and pulled me from a raging sea, and I am safe on this solid ground. The Lord is my salvation. I will not fear when darkness falls. His strength will help me scale these walls. I'll see the dawn of the rising sun. The Lord is my salvation. Who is like the Lord our God? Strong to save, faithful in love. My debt is paid and the victory won. The Lord is my salvation. My hope is hidden in the Lord. He flowers each promise of His word. When winter fades, I know spring will come. The Lord is my salvation. In times of waiting, times of need, when I know loss, when I am weak, I know His grace will renew these days. The Lord is my salvation. Who is like the Lord our God? Strong to save, faithful in love. My debt is paid, and the victory won. The Lord is my salvation. And when I reach my final day, He will not leave me in the grave, but I will rise, He will call me home. The Lord is my salvation. Who is like the Lord our God? Strong to save, faithful in love. My debt is paid and the victory won. The Lord is my salvation. “THE POWER OF THE CROSS” (OH, TO SEE THE DAWN) Oh, to see the dawn of the darkest day, Christ on the road to Calvary. Tried by sinful men, torn and beaten, then nailed to a cross of wood. Oh, to see the pain written on Your face, bearing the awesome weight of sin. Every bitter thought, every evil deed crowning Your bloodstained brow. (Chorus) This, the pow’r of the cross, Christ became sin for us, took the blame, bore the wrath. We stand forgiven at the cross. Now the daylight flees, now the ground beneath quakes as its Maker bows His head. Curtain torn in two, dead are raised to life, ‘Finished!’ the vict’ry cry. (Chorus) This, the pow’r of the cross, Christ became sin for us, took the blame, bore the wrath. We stand forgiven at the cross. Oh, to see my name written in the wounds, for through Your suffering I am free. Death is crushed to death, life is mine to live, won through Your selfless love. This, the power of the cross, Son of God, slain for us. What a love! What a cost! We stand forgiven at the cross.

Page 11: “D P & o H ?” James 5:13-16

“CHRIST OUR HOPE IN LIFE AND DEATH” What is our hope in life and death? Christ alone, Christ alone. What is our only confidence? That our souls to Him belong. Who holds our days within His hand? What comes, apart from His command? And what will keep us to the end? The love of Christ in which we stand. (Chorus) O sing, “Hallelujah!” Our hope springs eternal. O sing, “Hallelujah!” Now and ever we confess, Christ our hope in life and death. What truth can calm the troubled soul? God is good, God is good. Where is His grace and goodness known? In our great Redeemer’s blood. Who holds our faith when fears arise? Who stands above the stormy trial? Who sends the waves that bring us near unto the shore, the rock of Christ? (Chorus) O sing, “Hallelujah!” Our hope springs eternal. O sing, “Hallelujah!” Now and ever we confess, Christ our hope in life and death. Unto the grave, what will we sing? “Christ, He lives! Christ, He lives!” And what reward will heaven bring? Everlasting life with Him. There we will rise to meet the Lord, then sin and death will be destroyed, and we will feast in endless joy, when Christ is ours forevermore. (Chorus) O sing, “Hallelujah!” Our hope springs eternal. O sing, “Hallelujah!” Now and ever we confess, Christ our hope in life and death. (Chorus) O sing, “Hallelujah!” Our hope springs eternal. O sing, “Hallelujah!” Now and ever we confess, Christ our hope in life and death. Now and ever we confess, Christ our hope in life and death.

“WHEN TRIALS COME” When trials come, no longer fear, for in the pain our God draws near to fire a faith worth more than gold, and there His faithfulness is told, and there His faithfulness is told. Within the night I know Your peace, the breath of God brings strength to me, and new each morning mercies flow, as treasures of the darkness grow, as treasures of the darkness grow I turn to wisdom not my own, for every battle You have known, my confidence will rest in You, Your love endures, Your ways are good, Your love endures, Your ways are good. When I am weary with the cost, I see the triumph of the cross, so in its shadow I shall run, till You complete the work begun, till You complete the work begun. One day all things will be made new, I’ll see the hope You called me to, and in your kingdom paved with gold, I’ll praise Your faithfulness of old, I’ll praise Your faithfulness of old! INVITATION “I NEED THEE EVERY HOUR” I need Thee ev’ry hour, most gracious Lord. No tender voice like Thine can peace afford. (Chorus) I need Thee, O I need Thee, ev’ry hour I need Thee. O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee. I need Thee ev’ry hour, stay Thou nearby, temptations lose their pow’r when Thou art nigh. (Chorus) I need Thee, O I need Thee, ev’ry hour I need Thee. O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee. I need Thee ev’ry hour, in joy or pain. Come quickly and abide or life is vain. (Chorus) I need Thee, O I need Thee, ev’ry hour I need Thee. O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee. I need Thee ev’ry hour, teach me Thy will, and Thy rich promises in me fulfill. (Chorus) I need Thee, O I need Thee, ev’ry hour I need Thee. O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee.
