6. Troubleshooting

Nothing is displayed on the transmitter screen.There is no power supply.Check the batteries.

No LEDs light up on the receiver.The receiver is not powered.Check the receiver’s electrical connections.

The receiver does not accept commandsfrom the transmitter.• The transmitter is not associated with the

receiver.Repeat the association procedure.

• The transmitter batteries are low.Change the transmitter batteries.

• Radio transmission is not optimal.Transmission quality depends on the installation conditions and environment (type of wall, location, etc.).

The icon appears.Battery level is low.Change the batteries, ensuring they are in thecorrect position.
