MaterialsWhat your student needs at home every day Composition book: Writing journal (write every day) Notebook: Math journal (show your thinking) Home Connection Binder/Folder Reading books: (Fiction, Non-Fiction, Poetry, Articles, Newspapers, Magazines, Songbooks, Instructional manuals, cookbooks) Read every day-target skills for each LP month Pencils, pens, erasers, markers Manipulatives for math (buttons, arrays, hundred chart, popsicle sticks, ruler, flashcards, index cards, dice, spinners, timer (microwave), graph paper, etc) Create games to learn math!
