5. Spray bar fitted for additives, which are manufactured on site if required.

Power: Single phase 240 volts/ 7.5/3.1 Amp at 1440/950 rpm
Description of scrubbing process:
The NH3, H2S, being removed by the activated carbon absorption reaction.
Effectiveness cross flow negative wet scrubber for removal of odorous gases as follow:
Gas Scrubbing Efficiency, %/ppm
Prior of treatment after treatment NH3 100% / 450 ppm 3.5% / 16 ppm
H2S 100% / 68 ppm 5.8% / 4 ppm

AR. Clark P/L Export Natural Sausages Casings of Australia
To the community of West Wyalong and Staff of AR. Clark P/L
AR. Clark P/L would like to take the opportunity to inform the community of West Wyalong and
staff of AR. Clark P/L, by summarizing the ongoing updating commitments of AR. Clark P/L at
West Wyalong plant operation.
1. AR. Clark P/L has been operating in West Wyalong for 10 years now and is the
largest producer of natural sausage casings in Australia.
2. AR. Clark P/L currently employs 53 people and 26 people are provider of their families,
the annual remuneration is in excess of to $2,000.000 in salaries per annum.
3. AR. Clark P/L commitment and policy is to engage subcontractors from West Wyalong
and surrounding areas only. The annual cost, which is an ongoing commitment to
improving Buildings, Work place, Sausages Casing Machinery and Biological Treatment
Plant, is approximate $1,450.000 per annum. In addition AR. Clark P/L acquires from
local abattoirs raw materials to the value of
$1,250.000 per annum.
4. Because of the mandatory requirements of the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service
(Meat Inspection Division) and the Authorities overseas and our client’s. AR. Clark P/L
has to comply with the processing requirements of natural sausages casings on three
monthly basis. Therefore the ongoing development and improvement works are
necessary to comply with our Export license. At present AR. Clark P/L has tendered out
to local subcontractors a building project for the Biological Treatment Plant, which will
be built in the next few months, in conjunction with new sausage casing processing
machinery to a total estimated cost of $ 850,000.
5. Because of the above-mentioned requirements AR. Clark P/L has to continually upgrade
the Biological Treatment Plant as well, to improve and further minimize any possible
emission originating from the plant. Currently, mechanical Biological effluent treatment
apparatus is being built in West Wyalong and the estimated cost for the upgrade works is
$ 650,000.
AR. Clark P/L is in the process of establishing a telephone hotline to serve the community of
West Wyalong for feedback and information purposes.
