L ikewise, we act in accordance with the anticorruption policies implemented in the United States (FCA Bribery and Corruption Systems and Controls), in this way, our international clients have the certainty and credibility in each management.
History
We are a company founded in 1995 in the city of Villahermosa, Tabasco, in response to the growing need to provide comprehensive legal support to national and foreign companies that make life in the Southeast. In Dagdug & Rangel Abogados, SC we have excelled in various fields, as members and showing leadership positions in Coparmex Nacional and Coparmex Tabasco. In 2010, as part of the Offshore Technologies Conference, we were appointed by the Commercial Section of the Embassy of the United States, to be its rapporteur on foreign investment in Mexico. We are part of the advisory committee of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Mexico, representing Finland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark and Sweden. We have also been exhibitors in the areas of labor law, energy law and investment in national and international forums such as PECOM, LAOGA (Latin American Oil and Gas) and NOLA (New Orleans Latin American). Now surpassed the age of majority and specializing in labor, corporate, energy, immigrat ion, administrative and commercial law, in Dagdug & Rangel Abogados, SC we have the conviction that the spirit of service, discipline, ethics and respect are the cornerstones for good management.

Our Labour Department, consisting by more than twenty lawyers, is committed to pay the highest attention to your inquiries and concerns as well as to those labor complaints and lawsuits unfortunately brought against to any member of our customer family. We provide services to the instances represented by the Office of Labor Defense, the Federal or Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration, as well as the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. Given its broad compendium, we offer advice and effective monitoring by our specialized team to address the relationships and legal situations arising from the exploitation and distribution of electric power, oil, gas, renewable energy and energy services in general. We manage the contractual arrangements and the legal framework to implement financing projects in the area. In Dagdug & Rangel Abogados we specialize in the study, approach and the examination of various credit and financial contracts that may be agreed by our family of customers and stakeholders. Among the multiplicity of actions taken by the company in this area are: contracts and lease arrangements, commercial, simple, mortgage loans; bonds, buying and selling products and services, movable and immovable, procurement, service delivery and arbitration clauses.
