break and noticed one of the transients laying along the fountain so I

approached her and told her she needed to sit up. She proceeded to ask

me what would happen if she didn't and I told her that I would come back

again and ask her one more time and if she did not comply after the

second time I approach her, I would call PD and they would be escorting

her off the property. She then sat up and proceeded to get in my face and

I told her that if she did not back up then PD would be called immediately.

transients. Spoke with individual as he is not allowed on property and he

keeps coming back. I informed him he was not allowed to be on the

property and he spoke with me and told me that he was afraid because an

individual across the street at the waterfront had supposedly threatened

him. I told him to stay where he was and that if he was going to be on the

property he needed to be within my site range. I went over and spoke

with a few individuals who had informed me of an incident with the

trespasser a few days earlier while I was not on duty and Officer Cruz had

informed the individual not to come back to site. When I turned around to

go back to the trespasser, he had left premises.

9:48 PM christiana hicks - Was making my patrol rounds in the fountain in

the are when I had a gentleman approach me and say that a woman he

was following stole his money. I told him to call police as there was

nothing I could physically do and the woman proceeded to scream at him

and walk away with the gentleman then proceeded to follow her. Five

minutes later both of them came back to the plaza she was still yelling at

him and he was still following her I told him that if anything happened

while he was on the property I will call police and have them both spoken

to by police. They both again proceeded to leave the property and I told

them that if they come back I would call PD due to the noise disturbance.

The woman crossed Hunter and headed down Channel Street and the

gentleman pursued her. About one minute later he returned with his

belongings and told me that he was able to get them back from her and

then proceeded back to the plaza and out of the area.

spread out in between Orlando's and MetroPCS. I walked down along the

alley and spoke with one of the associates at Metro and she informed me

that one of the individuals had been smoking a cigarette, flicked the butt

of the cigarette and it accidentally hit one of the young girls walking by.

Her father had said something to the individual who flicked the cigarette

and told him that he needed to apologize, the individual refused and then

began to throw racial slurs. Will call PD and make them aware that the

group is loitering in the area and that multiple business owners have

confirmed that the individuals have been rowdy since this morning and

are not leaving area.

when I looked over and noticed a gentleman with his shirt off. I

approached him and told him that unless he had a shirt to put back on

then he needed to move himself out of the Eatery area. He did inform me

that he had lost his hotel key last night and asked me if I would check

inside the theater as somebody had turned it in. I went inside and spoke

with them about the hotel key and for safety purposes they asked me if he

could confirm the appearance of the hotel key, so I came outside and

spoke with him and he was able to tell me what the key looks like as well

as the number etched into the hotel key. I was able to bring him out the

hotel key and he left the property afterwards.

Hotel Stockton. I walked over towards the parking area when I saw a

woman on the ground gasping for breath I approached a gentleman who

had called for paramedics and ask him of the situation. He informed me

that she was a student from all the nearby school and had previously been

running with her PE class when she fell into an asthma attack. Ambulance

being broken into: I went to Orlando's Deli and Market to see if owner was

in so that in may speak with him about if his cameras along MetroPCS and

if they caught footage of break in. Owner will be back in by 1:30 for me to

access to footage.

I spoke with the victim of the attempted auto theft and she said she had

already filed a police report, however, no one has come to assist her with

issue other than myself.

10:49 AM christiana hicks - While doing my report for MetroPCS incident, I

had a woman enter the store and informed me of a break in that

happened sometime in the evening yesterday into one of the cars of the

Hotel Stockton tenants. I went over to the vehicle to look for any signs of

forced entry or broken windows and the owner of the vehicle approached

me and told me of the situation. She gave me keys that she found that she

assumes were used to enter her vehicle as well as a broken off key that

she had found in her ignition that was stopping her from starting the

vehicle. She informed me that she had already spoken with DMV and

called the police and a police officer should be on site sometime this

morning or this afternoon. I gave her my cell number and my contact

information to get a hold of me if she has any further issues with the

vehicle or finds anyone attempting to break into her vehicle again. I

informed her that I will keep an eye on the area and will speak with Officer

Cruz to see if she noticed anything last night if she was on shift.

area near Starbucks, I had a couple come up to me and informed me that

an individual had attempted to break into one of the vehicles directly

across the street on 31 channel. They gave me a description of the

individual and pointed out which car had been tampered with I took the

information down and cross the street onto 31 channel to check the

vehicle for damage, no damage was done to the vehicle as the couple

who informed me of the incident had ran the individual off. While

collecting the information of the vehicle the owners of the vehicle arrived

and informed me and I informed them of the situation. I told them I would

place a report to my company and to Stockton police department. I

suggested that the owners of the vehicle place a report to Stockton Police

as well. Will call Stockton police dispatch and give them the description of

the male who attempted to break into the vehicle.

11:33 PM christiana hicks - While heading towards the hotel parking area

to leave off duty, I had one of the transients approach me and another

one come up behind him the two exchanged words and attempted to

start a fight with each other. I immediately broke it up and sent the first

transient to sit along cement fountain area, and I told the second

individual to sit at one of the benches in the Masaki eatery area. The first

individual began yelling hysterically and I and Officer Cruz tried to calm

him down, I spent the next 30 minutes trying to keep him at bay and keep

him from yelling constantly which he refused to do. I spoke with Officer

Cruz and she informed me that this individual has been like this before

and there's nothing she was able to do about it before. So I informed the

theater manager that I am going off duty and if he thought the need to

call PD about the individual to go ahead and do so.

speaking with the officer when I noticed 3 men walk out of the Misaki

sushi bar and one of them had moved over towards one of the planters

along the Misaki's patio and set down a glass full of alcohol because he

men walking towards. I went in to Masaki and made them aware of what

had just happened and one of the bartenders came outside to retrieve the

glass and made aware of the incident with her manager.

seating area I I noticed one of the transients agitated and throwing

unknown items. I immediately texted Officer Cruz as she is familiar with

the individual. She informed me that if individual gets worse to

rounds before she comes back to DSA site. Transient is now around the

corner of Starbucks not being an issue towards other individuals, but will

and after a gentleman in black pants a white button down shirt. I asked

her what the issue was and she said that the gentleman had stolen and

walked out of the store. I immediately approached the gentleman and

told him he needed to return to the store and pay and he told me to "go

ahead and call the police" and kept walking through the plaza. Last seen

heading down Channel Street.

I informed the Starbucks associate that if she wanted to call police about

the issue I was able to take a picture of the individual and will have it to

show police.

1:30 PM christiana hicks - A group of young elementary students with

their chaperones were coming out of the movie theater and heading

towards the fountain area to head down East Eldorado, so I approached

one of the chaperones and told her that due to one of the transients

being a bit disruptive and expressing vulgar language, I suggested that

she and the students walk the pathway between the fountain seating area

and Starbucks. She thanked me and her and the other chaperones walked

the students along the pathway opposite of the disruptive transient.

they needed to remove themselves from the water. They begin to comply

and then stopped. I told him I was going to be staying in the area until

they removed themselves from the water. The individual got up and

manager from Taps Bar And Grill call me regarding a fire incident with one

of the transients. I immediately ran over to assess the situation and one of

the transients was in the corner of the doorway of one of the buildings

directly across from Taps Bar And Grill setting a fire to an unknown object.

I immediately called nonemergency dispatch and they immediately

Dispatched fire department out to my location and apprehended the

individual. I spoke with one of the firemen and told him I would be staying

within the area if they needed any assistance.

gets here they will speak with Me and then they will speak with the

manager of Taps Bar And Grill as well as survey the area where the

incident occurred. Plaza is secure and threat to property has ended.

4:02 PM christiana hicks - Called Stockton Police Department and made

them aware of two 9mm bullet casings that had been given to me

yesterday towards the end of my shift. SPD Dispatch asked if I was able to

bring them down to the police station, and I informed them that I was on

duty here at the theater but wanted to make them aware of the evidence

that had been given to me. I made dispatch aware that the casing were

found the morning after the shooting incident down here at the Regal

Cinemas 16, SPD dispatched two Stockton police officers down to my

location to pick up the bullet casings. Officers arrived at 1655. The officer

that I spoke with had taken my information down and both officers left

the area at 1600.

Grill when I had a woman in a wheelchair come up to me and asked me to

call paramedics. I immediately got on the phone with Non-Emergency

Police and Dispatch and dispatched me to AMR ambulance service and I

made them aware of the situation, they arrived on site within three

minutes of 1550 and are currently on site taking the patient to St. Joseph's

medical.

10:55 PM christiana hicks - At approximately 20 to 30 a group of 10 to 15

adolescents had formed a group and attempted to start another fight. I

heard a few of the adolescents yell that somebody had a Taser and

somebody had a gun, I immediately called police and within about two

minutes three shots were fired, I did not see the firearm or the individual

who shot it off. About five minutes later a on a Denna find vehicle drove

through the middle of the plazaDriver exited the vehicle attempting to

instigate another problem. PD in the arrived on site and is searching the

area

theater, and then about 30 individuals rushed the front theater doors. I

members about getting a potential sign for the deck patio and he said

towards her patrol vehicle we came across individual sitting on the steps

of the deck patio and she instructed him that he was not allowed to be

sitting where he was. He began to argue and refused to move, after we

had informed him that he was on private property and after a minute

informing him repeatedly that he needed to move he reluctantly

cooperated and left the area.

associate from MetroPCS store call me and ask me to escort a woman out

of the store as she was refusing to leave. I arrived at MetroPCS and found

the woman uncooperative currently using the store phones to make

multiple phone calls, the store associate that called me also informed me

that the individual had threatened to assault her. When the individual saw

me walk in she immediately began to cooperate. I told her she was not

allowed back into the store as she was now trespassing. She had hung up

her phone calls and left the store. She then walked into Orlando's deli and

market, to which I walked down and spoke to them about the individual.

They also said that she walked in looking for a phone to use. One of the

associate said that she had come in and spoke with him about being

kicked out of MetroPCS and any immediately walked out. Woman has left

premises.

yesterday had asked me about the gentleman that had been following her

and if he had stayed in the area after she left or if he had left when she

did. I confirmed that is soon as she left the area he did as well, and that I

had informed the police officer that came on site regarding the issue I had

with the transient, about the woman's issues with this individual following

her. The woman informed me that she is parked on the fourth floor of the

parking garage across the street from the DSA building, and that if the

individual shows up on site again that she would like me to call Police. I

informed her that if I see him on site that I will immediately phone police,

and I have also informed the security officer of the parking garage of the

woman's placement of her car on the fourth floor. I informed the

employee that I spoke to the parking garage security that way if she does

not feel safe to walk to her car alone, the security officer may escort her to

her vehicle.

had one of the DSA employees come up to me and make me aware of an

individual in the area near Taps Bar And Grill. He made me aware that the

individual is known for stalking women in the area especially one woman

in particular who is an employee with Taps Bar And Grill. I made my way

down towards the establishment and spoke with both her and the owner

of Taps as I had noticed the individual sitting at a trash can adjacent from

Taps. After speaking with the owner of taps and the employee, both

confirmed the Stalking issue.

The individual is approximately 5'3", Filipino, black hair, wearing a grey

blazer- blazer fits him at least one size too big. Last seen walking

southbound on El Dorado Street. Name: Joe Van

approached individual and made him aware that I did phone the police

earlier in regards to him being a disturbance and he removed himself

cooperatively complied when I told him he needed to move from in front

of Taps Bar And Grill and move out towards fountain area and away from

the food establishments.

30 minute break I had in individual come up to me and she made me

aware that she was not comfortable walking to her car from Starbucks.

She had parked in the parking garage across the street from the DSA

building along Hunter Street. She made me aware that one of the

transients had called her rude and offensive names and was yelling at

other patrons as they were walking by the eatery area. I have dealt with

the individual multiple times since the beginning of my shift at 10 AM this

morning. As he is not proving to comply with me in keeping his voice

down in regards to attempting to start problems with guests the plaza

and eatery area, I am going to Phone nonemergency police dispatch to

get an officer out here to escort him out of the area.

10:17 PM christiana hicks - At roughly 2130 Officer Cruz and had an issue

with a transient. She was starting to aggressively pan handle to which I

told her to stop and immediately leave the area. She refused. At that point

I texted Officer. Ruiz who was using the restroom in the theater and

informed her I needed her assistance with this individual. He came out to

assist me with getting the individual out of the area. We attempted to get

her out and she ignored us and continued to aggressively pan handle for

10 more minutes and finally Officer Cruz called the Police and we

informed the theater manager to call as well as she was harassing the

theater patrons. We attempted for 10 more minutes to make her leave

and informed her we called Police. Approximately 5-10 minutes minutes

later she ran across El Dorado and has not been back since. Plaza is clear

and secure

of the plaza area when I had a gentleman come up to me and asked me to

call an ambulance for him as he thought he was about to pass out. I

immediately called 911 and inform them of the situation and patch me

through to a American Medical Services who arrived within 10 minutes of

my contact with the individual had arrived on scene which load him into

an ambulance to take him to Saint Joseph Medical Hospital.

informed me is in the way to pick her up. I instructed the individual to wait

in Starbucks as it is very hot outside and to stay there until her mother

comes to pick her up.
