WHAT WERE SOME LESSONS LEARNED?

• At the beginning many sessions with research groups to explain the approaches

• Bibliometrics were also a pre-requisite for research assessment in the social sciences

• All feedback was entered info our own systems to improve data quality

• A bibliometric analysis could be performed at any moment for any research unit, subject area of project across the whole university

• Total transparency is a must• Every researcher has access to all the information
