YEAR 12: WORK PLACEMENT JOURNAL

INTRODUCTION

Whilst on one day a week work placement you are required to keep a daily journal, which should be filled in on the completion of each working day the following week. This diary will be part of your assessment for the semester.

This journal acts as a record to show your understanding of the industry you are working in via the observations you make each day, as well as through practicing the skills you are developing. It is important to remember that the knowledge you build up whilst in the work environment is a significant component of your VCAL Course.
