SANITIZERS

CHLORINE SANITIZER(CT 1250) An ePA registered sanitizer containing 12.5% chlorine formulated specifically for cIPapplications and high-pressure spray applications where no foam is desired.

DAIRY QUAT SANITIZER(CT 3200) A sanitizing rinse requiring no potable water rinse when applied at 200 ppm of active quaternaries or 1 ounce to 4 gallons of water. Not recommended for cIP applications.

MANUAL CLEANERS

HEAVY DUTY MANUAL CLEANER(CT 1807) A highly concentrated, heavy-duty manual cleaner recommended for the removal of dairy soils. A neutral solution ideal for cleaning workshops, dairy barns, calf barns, and anywhere a solid manual cleaner is needed.

CHLORINATED FOAMING CLEANER(CT 3364) A heavy-duty, high-foaming chlorinated cleaner recommended for cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, and stainless steel equipment. effective in removing mold on concrete walls and dairy soils inparlors and for cleaning heavy soils.

ACIDS

CONCENTRATED ACID DETERGENT(CT 9131) A combination phosphoric and glycolic acid recommended for cIP applications and on stainless steel equipment such as tanks, pipeline, and continuous pasteurizers. Ideal for lime, scale, and rust removal. hard water tolerant and free rinsing. Does not contain sulfuric or hydrochloric acid making it safer on rubber gaskets and seals.

CONCENTRATED ACID DETERGENT(CT 9132) A combination phosphoric and nitric acid recommended for cIP applications and on stainless steel equipment such as tanks, pipeline, and continuous pasteurizers. Ideal for use in areas that have high iron and barium contents in the water. hard water and high buffer tolerant and free rinsing. Does not contain sulfuric or hydrochloric acid making it safer on rubber gaskets and seals.

FOAMING ACID CLEANER(CT 9750) A phosphoric acid cleaner used for foaming in dairy parlors and for manual cleaning of stainless steel equipment. Recommended for removal of rust, scale, lime deposits, salts, starches, proteins, and chlorine residues. works excellent in most water conditions

DETERGENTS

CHLORINATED ALKALINE CIP DETERGENT(CT 3023) A powerful, non-foaming chlorinated alkaline detergent recommended for cIP applications and on stainless steel equipment. contains over 2.5% active chlorine to remove stubborn protein soils. Also contains potassium hydroxide for better soil penetration and rinsability. works excellent in most water conditions.

“TWO-PART” ALKALINE DETERGENT(CT 5543) A highly concentrated caustic cleaner recommended for cIP applications. Ideal for situationsneeding a “two-part” detergent and for difficult cleaning situations. works well in hard water and isfree rinsing. economical and environmentally friendly..

HEAVY-DUTY KOH “TWO-PART” DETERGENT (CT 3085) A non-foaming, heavy-duty concentrated alkaline blend recommended for cIP applications or for cleaning automatic washers in all dairy operations. Formulated with a high amount of potassium hydroxide for fast and effective cleaning of high butterfat residuals in pipeline, bulk tanks, and pasteurizers.
