Hours: Office/Store hours are posted on the door Complimentary Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate available. Laundry, restrooms and showers are open 24 hours and the door code is provided to our guests. They are closed for cleaning and those hours are posted in front of the restrooms. Fitness room and clubhouse are open 24 hours with a door code provided to our guests. Pool hours and rules are posted at the pool.
Check-out: Check-out is 11 AM. During the summer, we do not allow late check-outs. If you have a problem with leaving the park by 11 AM, please talk with the office staff. For additional days, please check availability with the office before 10 AM. No refund or camp credit for early departure.
Pets: Dogs and cats are welcome; however, there are restrictions. Aggressive animals are not allowed. Please use the dog walks and pick up after your dog! Your pet needs company, so please do not leave him or her unattended. No pets are allowed in any of our buildings (except service dogs). Pets must be on a leash at all times and NO PENS OR KENNELS ARE ALLOWED.
Sewer Connections: Colorado law requires a tightly sealed connection. If you do not have one, they are available for purchase in our store.
Propane: Tanks and motor homes can be filled during office hours.
Trash: We offer curb-side pick up every day. Please place all trash in plastic bags in front of your rig (near the road) between 8 and 10 AM.
Rugs, Mats, Etc: Please do not put rugs, mats, ground tents or screen rooms out as they damage the grass. We have underground sprinklers and work hard to keep grass at all sites in our dry climate. Please do not pound stakes into the ground as this will damage underground water, cable and electric lines.
Guests: Your guests are welcome. They need to check-in prior to visiting your site and park in designated parking areas. If they will be staying overnight there is an additional fee.
Washing Vehicles: To wash your RV at your site, obtain a $15 permit at the office. Feel free to use a bucket and wash your windshield, etc. and the office staff can give you information concerning someone who can come in and wash your rig.
Walking Through Sites: Do not cut through sites or grass areas to get to the pool or clubhouse. Be considerate of other guests and their privacy. Do not park in occupied or unoccupied sites; park in your site or in designated parking areas only.
Messages and Mail: Emergency messages will be delivered to you at your site. Mail may be picked up in the clubhouse. We can no longer forward mail, so please make arrangements prior to your departure.
Clotheslines: Clotheslines create a hazard and are unsightly, therefore, they are not allowed. Dryers are available in the laundry room for your convenience.
Tents: Not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Use of a generator is very disturbing to other guests and their use is not necessary or allowed.
Damages: The park is not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, theft or fire to either property or person of any guest. Any damage to the site, other guests or facilities will be your responsibility.
