The aforesaid resolution is to be passed by means of Postal Ballot ~ncluding e-voting) in terms of provisions laid down in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 rea,d with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
