Dear Parents and Guardians:

The Danaher Lynch Family Foundation is excited to announce a scholarship opportunity for students in 6th - 8th grade. As part of our belief in the value of Catholic education, we are inviting students entering 6th-8th grades to apply for a DLFF Pathway Scholarship.

This $1,000 scholarship will be a renewable award through 8th grade if the student maintains good academic and financial standing.

Students selected as DLFF Pathway Scholars will be given significant consideration for a DLFF High School Scholarship upon application to Conwell-Egan Catholic High School.

To be considered for a DLFF Pathway Scholarship, students should follow the instructions listed below:

■ Complete a Facts Grant & Aid Application

■ Complete a DLFF Pathway Scholarship Application

■ Submit the application to one of your student’s current teachers to complete the faculty input section by 3/16/18.

■ Teacher will forward completed application to appropriate school representative by 4/13/18.

Award recipients will be selected by an appointed scholarship review team at each individual school.

Award recipients will be notified in May 2018.

Please note that the DLFF Pathway Scholarship Program is individually managed by each participating school and therefore the award is not transferable to another elementary school.
