• No breakdowns due to wear and tear reported since the introduction of the APP pumps. Several pumps have run for more than 20.000 hours in various RO-plants.

• Over a 3 year-period it is recommended to incorporate an overhaul of the pump replacing pistons, valve plate and the mechanical shaft sealing.

•Pump sets available for all voltages and surroundings. •EEx-proof Zone II pump sets mounted with stainless steel bell housing and certificates on request.•All Pumps are ATEX approved for operation in hazardous areas.•The compact design and light weight ensure easy replacement and service without lifting gear.

APP0,6 – APP2,2 have 5 pistons and APP5,1 – APP10,2 have 9 pistons generating flow variations (pulsations) as little as 1.5%. The valve plates are equipped with slots both in the in and outlet minimising the pulsations that eventually will generate noise further downstream in the system.
