California Coast & Yosemite

DAY 1: Arrive San Diego Today, depart Daniel’s for the Atlanta airport. Board your flight bound for San Diego to begin your California Coast & Yosemite Tour. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for a two night stay in San Diego. Enjoy a Welcome Dinner this evening.

(D) Overnight: San Diego

DAY 2: San Diego Today enjoy a San Diego City tour including the historic Gaslamp District, the bustling Embarcadero, Balboa Park and historic Old Town - San Diego. The afternoon is at leisure. Perhaps join an optional excursion featuring the famous San Diego Zoo & San Diego Harbor Cruise.

(B) Overnight: San Diego

Day 3: San Diego - San Juan Capistrano - Los Angeles This morning sit back and relax as you drive along parts of the Pacific Coast enroute to San Juan Capistrano. Visit the beautiful Mission San Juan Capistrano, one of the original missions built by the Spanish. Continue north for a panoramic Los Angeles City Tour featuring legendary Hollywood, Dolby Theatre, home of the glamorous Academy Awards, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Next drive along the fabled Sunset Strip to the palm-lined streets of Beverly Hills and see pricey Rodeo Drive.

(B) Overnight: Los Angeles Area

Day 4: Reagan Library - Santa Barbara - Pismo beach This morning visit the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. The state-of-the-art museum takes you from Reagan’s early years to his time spent as a world leader. The library also features the Air Force One used by President Reagan. Later follow the Pacific Coast north to Santa Barbara, one of California’s most picturesque cities with spectacular Mediterranean architecture. Continue to the Pismo Beach area for your overnight stay.

(B) Overnight: Pismo Beach Area

Day 5: Pismo beach - Monterey Today travel to San Simeon to enjoy a tour of Hearst Castle. Built on a hilltop overlooking the Pacific, the spectacular grounds and grandiose home feature the world-class art collection of newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst. Then journey north along the spectacular Big Sur Coast, the route is nestled between the rocky coast and the Santa Lucia Mountains. Later this afternoon, arrive in Monterey for a 2-night stay.

Day 6: Monterey - Carmel Today enjoy one of the most breathtaking coastlines in the world, scenic 17 Mile Drive, home to the famous Lone Cypress, Seal Rock and Pebble Beach Golf Course. Also drive through and visit

Day 7: Monterey - Yosemite National Park Journey inland through the fertile San Joaquin Valley, known as the bread-basket of California. Stop at a historic fruit stand for a chance to buy fresh-off-the-farm fruits. Climb into the wooded Sierra Nevada Mountains and arrive at Yosemite National Park. Enter the spectacular Yosemite Valley to view the giant iconic formations of El Capitan & Half Dome and breathtaking Yosemite Falls, the highest in North America. Enjoy a stroll and take in the immense beauty of this spectacular mountain setting. Enjoy dinner with your fellow travelers tonight.

Day 8: Sacramento - Napa Valley - San Francisco Travel through the Sierras into Gold Country. Step back in time and experience the days of the Gold Rush at historic Old Sacramento. Later drive into the famous Napa Valley, an area of spectacular scenery and home to some of the world’s best wineries. Stop for a Winery Tour & Tasting to sample the local product and learn about wine making. Continue southwest crossing the majestic Golden Gate Bridge to one of the world’s most amazing cities, San Francisco. Check in for your two-night stay in the “City by the Bay”.

Day 9: San Francisco Today, enjoy a San Francisco City Tour to see the Civic Center area, Chinatown, Golden Gate Park, Union Square, Seal Rocks & Pier 39. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure to browse the storefronts along Fisherman’s Wharf, sample a chowder filled sourdough bread bowl or take a Cable Car ride. Tonight, enjoy a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travelers in San Francisco’s famous Fisherman’s Wharf.

Premier’s Travel Protection Plan $275 per person The Pre-Departure Cancellation Fee Waiver (Part A – I & II) is provided by Premier World Discovery (PWD) and is not an insurance benefit. The Post Departure Travel Insurance Plan (Part B) is provided by USI Affinity Travel Insurance Services (USI). Part A – Cancellation Waiver provided by PWD I. Responsibility Premier World Tours LLC dba Premier World Discovery (hereafter PWD), whose vouchers are used by respective agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, hold themselves free of responsibility for any damages occasioned from any cause whatsoever. PWD will not be responsible for any damages or inconvenience caused by late arrivals, departures and change of schedule or other conditions nor will they be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passenger is not on board their conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of this tour/ cruise, and/or passenger. PWD does not hold any responsibility for the conduct of any of its members, hotel, motorcoach, cruiseline, train, airline or other personnel. PWD reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour/cruise at its discretion. PWD &/or its Tour Director retain the right to require any participant to withdraw from a tour/ cruise at any time, if determined to be in the best interests of health, safety & general welfare of the tour/cruise group or of the individual participant.
