PEP-COAT 2010 SURFACING SYSTEMSEALS AND PROTECTS CONCRETE PAVEMENTS

Seals and protects concrete pavements from erosion, frost damage, aircraft fuel spillage and de-icing chemicals. Prolongs service life and arrests further deterioration. Greatly reduces FOD from loose stones and other debris. If a high friction finish is required, suitable high PSV aggregates can be applied to the final wearing surface.

A deep penetrating epoxy resin, hand applied directly to the surface. With an integral, fine, hardwearing surface aggregate, it provides an extremely robust finish that will withstand high volumes of aircraft traffic. An initial cure of 3-6 hours. Used at Heathrow Airport, MOD bases and waste transfer stations.

PAVIX CCC100PERMANENT PROTECTION FOR CONCRETE AND STONE

A unique, non-toxic permanent impregnate for ultimate waterproof protection on large scale concrete and other cementitious surfaces.

Seals and protects against moisture associated problems such as freeze/thaw, chloride, sulphate ions, corrosive salts, jet fuel, oil and chemicals from acids and caustics. Reduces Alkali Silica Reactions (ASR), prevents silica dusting, and increases concrete hardness. Highly cost-effective treatment for airport and highways surfaces and structures. Conforms to BD43/03, EN1766/2000 and EN 13580.

PROTECTGUARDPROTECTION OF CONCRETE

Durably and deeply protects concrete against water, chlorides, carbonation and corrosion. It also helps tackle deterioration caused by atmospheric pollution, grease-type staining and penetration of liquids. An excellent anti-graffiti treatment. Treated concrete will benefit from an increased life-span and will be easier to maintain.

ProtectGuard is a non film-forming impregnation product that leaves the treated surface permeable to air and water vapour. Use does not change the appearance or the composition of the treated surface. CE marked and meets the standards of EN 1504-2:2004.

HA approved, flexible, waterproof, hot applied, in-situ constructed expansion joint system. Accommodating movements up to ±25mm, used across the full depth of the bridge deck and forms an integral part of the bridge deck surface ensuring good ride quality.

Extends down to structural concrete deck and develops a strong bond to concrete as well as the adjacent asphalt. A high friction finish can be applied. The system is resistant to plastic flow at surface temperatures of 50°c.

Maxi-Flex 100 offers excellent flexibility especially for transitional joint repairs. Harder grade Maxi-Flex 50 has superior load bearing qualities.

MAXI-CRETE H GRADE HIGH MODULUS INLAID AND RECESS REPAIR MATERIAL FOR DEEP CRACKS AND REPAIRS FOR ASPHALT AND CONCRETE

Maxi-Crete H Grade is a BBA HAPAS approved high modulus, hard grade material that will not deform under traffic loading. It is highly resistant to wear and rutting.

This hot applied-resin based material is installed in depths exceeding 20mm to repair and replace failed concrete/asphalt, and is suitable to infill deep repairs in combination with the HAPAS approved Maxi-Crete 20 and Maxi-Crete F20.

JOINT SEALANT N1 & N2SEALS CRACKS AND JOINTS IN ASPHALT AND CONCRETE

Used to maintain horizontal joints and cracks in concrete and asphalt carriageways and airfield pavements. Gives a black, solid, plastic finish. Joint Sealant is hot applied and has excellent expansion, contraction and adhesion properties.
