Via Dao Xiang I was able to get to know talented leaders in the UK and China from diverse backgrounds, cultures, professions and companies, which was an excellent avenue for sharing best practice and learning from each other. Dao Xiang has inspired me to think about alternatives, to think about things differently and dive deeper when confronted with common problems, and in return it can lead to a greater variety in possible outcomes”
