Hand finished in small batches, we combine

premium Irish Spirits with crystal clear fresh Irish

water, sourced for its unique ”clean taste”.

We then add a wonderful range of natural flavours

from small orchards, to deliver all of the depth

and taste intensity of a fresh professionally

prepared cocktail.

With our twist on classic cocktails our initial

production methods we have a capacity of 16,000

bottles per run which can be increased as required.

Ready-to-Serve cocktail!

We revive the secret of Irish Poteen, a talking point for any gathering, echoing

the illicit undertones of the secret cocktail clubs of the 1920’s!

For hundreds of years, distilled in the wilds of Ireland, Irish Poteen is

Ireland’s secret spirit…spoken about in whispers…a bottle would be smuggled

in for special get-togethers... and would be spoken about long after

the party had ended.

Pour over ice in a glass for individual serve (or in a

pitcher when having friends over) and finish off with

your chosen mixer.

Presented in 700ml and 750ml bottles with a 20%

Alcohol By Volume , each bottle delivers 20 serves.

Iannelli have perfected this art for over a decade,

Ann and Liz, have over 20 years experience

They also share a passion for finding exceptional

The idea to turn this passion into a business was

born on a wet Friday afternoon in 2011.

Ann and Liz were mixing up a few cocktails to

mark the end of a very intense week.

As they took a sip of Ann’s legendary Singapore

Sling, they had an epiphany – these cocktails are
