Data Analysis and Goal Setting Using Benchmark Scores

The names of the students have been replaced with letters to keep scores private. This only needs to be done on the information that is displayed during the meeting.

Notice that some of the standards are repeated. This is helpful when determining the areas of focus.

Choose an area of deficit that the students repeatedly struggled with on the test, or choose to focus on an area that you and your team feel will have the best results.

•Determine which area you will focus on.

•Sharing focus areas with grade level teammates makes it easier to develop manipulatives and for parents with more than one student in the grade.
