    Introduction:

After reading this article, you will know how the data/records will Transfer from one layer to another layer andalso we can see the number of records i.e. the count of records/LUWs will change before V3 job and AfterV3 Job.

    LBWQ:

qRFC Monitor for the outbound queue, we use this transaction to monitor the status of the LUWs in theoutbound queue and restart any hanging queues manually.

    RSA7:

BW Delta Queue Monitor, we use this to see transferred data (delta) for a DataSource and a Target system.

    SM37:

To select jobs to display and manage, refine your job selection by filling out each tab as required. Only jobsthat meet all of your specification will be selected.

This is the place to see the status of the background jobs and manage the jobs.

    Live Scenario:

We want to know how qRFC Monitor for the outbound queue and BW Delta Queue working for Deltarecords. Here Im discussing about DataSources 2LIS_03_BF, we need set Update mode is Queued Delta.See the below screen.

After that we will run V3 job in LBWE and we will compare the number of records at the starting point (OnceV3 is started) and number of records at ending point (After V3 jobs completes).

    Detailed Steps:

Please follow the steps for easy navigation, you can find the screenshots for each step , so go through thisdocument step by step .

Set the Queued Delta :Go to LBWE and set Update Mode is Queued Delta.

Note: Im assuming that, we already executed Init loads for 2LIS_03_BF DataSource successfully and weare ready to go for Delta Loads in BI/BW Server.

    Entries in SMQ1/LBWQ:

Go to LBWQ/SMQ1 in ECC and see the Queue for various Modules i.e. SD, MM, PP etc... You can find outusing application number, e.g.: For inventory 03.

See the below screen which is having 02, 03, 04 and 06 applications, here we are talking about MCEX03 i.e.Inventory DataSources.

It is having some entries in Queue i.e. once user will post/do some transactions related to Inventory, the datawill come into the Queue and we can see the information in LBWQ/SMQ1.

You can find two highlighted marks in the below screen.

First one related to LUWs in RSA7 and second one related to actual uses Transactions entries. This numberof entries will change once V3 job will completes.
