Xceptor Data Hub is a browser-based platform that has been specifically designed so that it can leverage the skills generally already present within the back and middle office.

Easy to use screens and menus allow any permitted business user to set up rules specifying how the data is handled. Xceptor Data Hub then applies these rules automatically to the following steps:

Data Capture

Any format, via any channel (Email, Fax, FTP etc.) accepted.

Data Enrichment

Data is verified, cleansed and cross-referenced. Calculations and exception handling can be applied.

Data Mapping

Multiple input formats can be transferred to one common internal format.

Data Delivery

Via any channel, to the report or location you require.

Data Storage

Data can be stored within Xceptor Data Hub, or in a downstream system.

OCR

An OCR front end converts any image based text, such as FAX, and inputs the result directly into Xceptor Data Hub.

The OCR extension automatically handles formatting issues such as page orientation, font type and size.
