FLOW REGULATOR TYPE RW-15 AISI 316LRW-15-12-SSES 1-12 l/min and RW-15-30-SSES 5-30 l/min

CONSTANT FLOW RW-15 AISI 316LRW-15 maintains aconstant flow regardless ofchanges in the pressurebefore and after the valve.

SETTINGRW-15 dial knob can beturned steplessly to thedesired output flow.

SELF FUNCTIONINGRW-15 maintains the flowconstant without anyenergy or impulse fromoutside. The sole energyused in the regulator is 1bar differential pressure.

ACCURACYThe absolute accuracymeans the outputaccording to the dial, giventhe inlet pressure isbetween 1-10 bar and thedifferential pressure isbetween 1-7 bar.

The regulating accuracy isthe output variation at anysetting when the differentialpressure varies from 1-7bar.

DIMENSION DRAWING

FUNCTIONThe primary orifice (C)determines the output flowas set on the dial . Aspressure changes thebalance between chamber(D) and (B) regulates thesecondary orifice (A)resulting in a constant flow.

MATERIALSThe AISI 316L version ofRW-15 have a valvehousing made of AISI316L. Valve elements influid contact are made ofAISI 316L. Membrane andO-rings are EPDM.External setting dial ismade of anodizedaluminium. External screwsare A2.

MOUNTINGRW-15 comes with 1/2"BSP end connections andcan be mounted in anyposition as long as the flowfollows the direction of thearrow on the valve housing. The diagram shows the function of RW-15-30 set at 5 l/min
