advancement opportunities in their current job 50% speak a language other than English

What we learned:

Having the training in the neighborhood makes all the difference.

Word of mouth is more important than marketing.

New netbooks/tablets are a great choice.

It is very hard to sign up for Internet Essentials, most of our folks pay full price for access.

What we learned:

Helping folks see that they could save money with access is an important part of understanding the relevance of getting on line.

It is all about the relationships that are built.
