IRT HPD-85 High Power DC H-Bridge MOSFET Drive High performance H-Bridge Mosfet drive to control DC servo motor / similar mechanism. Designed for high-power DC motor (upto 400W max load, DC input ranged 10-30V, continuous current rated at 85A at 25 degrees Celcius, 50 A at 100 degrees Celcius). Control input isolated by high frequency opto-couplers. Upto 100kHz allowable switching PWM frequency. Current feedback, overcurrent and overheat protection.
