IRT HPD-85 High Power DC H-Bridge MOSFET Drive
• High performance H-Bridge Mosfet drive to control DC servo motor / similar
mechanism. • Designed for high-power DC motor (upto 400W max load, DC input ranged
10-30V, continuous current rated at 85A at 25 degrees Celcius, 50 A at 100 degrees Celcius).
• Control input isolated by high frequency opto-couplers. • Upto 100kHz allowable switching PWM frequency. • Current feedback, overcurrent and overheat protection.
Overview The IRATECH HPD-85 provides reliable high performance H-Bridge MOSFET drive which can bed used in various motion control application, typically DC motor servo controller. This module is designed for higher power device (upto 300W max load, and continuous current rated at 85A at 25 degrees Celcius with necessary heatsink and cooling fan).
