DESCRIPTION:

TG-ID3000/ID50 is a graphic support software to manage and visualize fire alarm control panels eventseasily, quickly and efficiently. It is an intuitive software which allows a real knowledge of all the installationevents with an optimum performance.

Sensors and modules status is known immediately in order to find out if they are in alarm, fault, the type offault and enabled or disabled mode, etc. Moreover, for control modules and sounders, there are availablecommands such as silence or resound.

All analogue control panels have a RS232 communication series port which is used to transmit events to the TGgraphic software by means of a direct connection to the PC series port with the TG installed or by means ofIP protocol through the same company Intranet (LAN) to any place in the world.

A SMS message transfer device can be connected to PC RS232 port (ref.: TG-GSM) which sends the selectedevents (alarms, faults, disablements, etc.) to the GSM mobiles previously indicated. A maximum of 5 mobilenumbers can be chosen for each event type and they can receive messages of up to 160 characters withinformation about the device, address, event, time and date.

TG-ID3000/ID50 has 128 access levels which are individually configurable for the different users, allowingor limiting their actions.A simulation option allows the user to select events in order to simulate their performance and visualize theresulting changes on the plan.

TG-ID3000/ID50 allows links through plans with zooms among different screens. In case of an alarm orfault, the software shows automatically the plan where the device is located and indicates the route to arriveto the point.Other elements like fire extinguishers, fire hoses, evacuation routes, etc. can be indicated on the plans. Theirstatus is also shown together with additional information which optimizes the fire warnings and alarmsmanagement.

Minimum PC requirements

• Intel Duo Core, 2 Gb RAM.• 150 Gb hard disk.• DVD drive to install the application. (DVD Burner Drive recommended for backups).• USB connection.• RS232 series port to connect control panels directly• Optional RS232 DB9 series port to connect TG-GSM.

• Mouse and optional sound car with loudspeakers.• Ethernet card in case of connection to control

panels via IP.• Windows XP. (Please consult Notifier

for other operating systems).

Devices can be located on the BMP plans with differentformats (800 x 600; 1024 x 768; 1680 x 1050; 1920 x 1200pixels, etc. ), depending on the screen configuration.Sensors and modules can be illustrated by means of the largeicon library included in the software or by customizedgeometric shapes. Some functions can be linked to the plans,like plan changes, counters of alarms, faults, disablements,etc. The devices addresses can also be shown optionally.

There is a function to visualize the status of all the devices inthe loop with a quick look. The current condition of the 99sensors and 99 modules is shown in the same screen and byclicking on the selected device, the location on the plan ordevice configuration can be shown.

A line graph shows the sensor condition in real time. Thus,by knowing the alarm (or other event) development, effectiveactions can be taken, for example the activation of soundersbefore they are activated from the control panel.

The Event History Log has an unlimited storage capacity(because it depends on the PC hard disk) and stores any typeof event with the active user name. An actions report file canalso be linked to the history log and be opened later from there.The stored events can be filtered by date, time, device, zones,events, etc. Events can be shown in different colours, forexample, the alarm events are highlighted in red by default.

The Import function allows the user to import the devicedescriptions from the fire alarm control panel globally orindividually.

WIRING OPTIONS

There are different ways to connect the TG Graphic Software to the fire alarm control panels:1. Direct connection between control panel RS232 series port (DB9) and PC RS232 series port with TG

installed. This allows the connection of as many control panels as ports in the PC. The number of ports inthe PC may be increased by using RS232 converters to USB. Moreover, by using RS232 amplifiers, themax. distance between the PC and the control panel indicated by EIA-232C standard (15 m) can beextended to some kilometres.

4. Some control panels are connected to series ports directly, some other control panels are connectedvia IP and the events are transmitted to some PCs within the company network (Intranet). There is a‘master’ PC which receives the information from all the control panels and sends it to other PCs of thesame network. The same operations can be done in any PC. The Event History Log can be shared amongall the control panels or may there be an individual Event History Log for each PC where events will bestored only when the PC is ON. Moreover, the TG configuration and plans can be shared or beindependent for each PC.

Link to GSM to send SMS textmessages to mobiles with upto 160 characters.

Events can activate an audio(wav) or video messagepreviously saved.

Video files can be linked in order to indicate theway to follow to arrive to the device in alarm orfault or to show the evacuation route.
